Utilizing the "brain wave fluctuation measuring device" invented by the late Professor Tomoyuki Yoshida (former professor of Tsukuba University), it has been proven that the continuous intake of pure gold has an effect on brain activity and enables healing properties.
There were 65 subjects ages from 18 to 65 asked to intake; they were asked to take 0.03 g of pure gold each day for 30 days, and measured twice a month by a measuring device. As a result, the subjects who have taken pure gold obtained more comfort and were in better relaxing state than those who haven't. Reducing Pure Gold Ingot to a molecular level in vacuum, we produce the Pure Gold Leaf with a thickness of 800Å (8/100,000mm) on a PET film.
We coat Pure Gold Leaves with a solution blended with food origin ingredients and dry them.
This solution causes adhesion by adding heat and pressure and functions as
adhesive.
Using a hot stamping press (a type of printers), We add heat and pressure to Pure Gold Leaves with the mold to bind a Pure Gold design to an edible film.
Using the slitter machine, adjust the product to the standard length and roll it up.
While rolling it up, check the quality at the same time.
Package the rolled products into plastic case to complete the process.
On “Roll wrapping”, Gold Leaf comes out by pulling PET film out of the triangle case.
Pick up a Gold Leaf with the paper tweezer and put on top of food or drink. The film dissolves leaving only pure gold.
